You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting content, you grant Fanstry a limited license to host, store, display, and deliver that content as needed to operate the service (including for caching, encoding, and distribution to authorized viewers).

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload and share your content.

5. Prohibited Content & Conduct

• Any content involving minors or exploitative material.
• Non-consensual content or intimate imagery without permission.
• Harassment, threats, doxxing, or hate-based content.
• Illegal activity, trafficking, or instructions for wrongdoing.
• Impersonation, fraud, or misleading identity claims.
• Malware, scraping, or abusive automated access.

We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion to keep the platform safe and compliant.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

Certain features require paid subscriptions or purchases. Prices, billing frequency, and access rules are shown at the point of purchase. Payments may be processed by third-party providers.

Unless otherwise stated, purchases are generally non-refundable once access is granted (except where required by law).
